You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you upload (jobs, CVs, emails you connect, candidate notes, etc.). You grant ARTICA a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service — including AI-assisted features you enable (resume parsing, scoring, email suggestions, reference trust analysis, and similar).
Company tenant data is isolated per tenant. Employee portal data is stored on the central connection. Reference checks for companies and employees are separate systems; do not assume one can see the other’s reference records.
Subscriptions, wallets, and paid features are billed according to the plan or purchase you select. Fees are generally non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy. We may update pricing or features with reasonable notice where required.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or material breach of these terms.
ARTICA is provided on an “as available” basis. Hiring decisions, candidate outcomes, and AI suggestions remain your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer or employment law requires otherwise.
Courts in Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring claims in another venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or business changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
Continued use of ARTICA after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any paid plan according to our Refund Policy.
